Going East on I-494.  After crossing the So. St. Paul bridge, Exit on Hwy 61 South.  Exit Hwy at Summit Ave and 70th (2nd exit on 61).  Take a right on top of the ramp, go to the stop sign and take a right onto  Broadway Ave (formerly St Paul Park Rd.).  At the flashing 4 way stop, take a left onto 3rd St.  Go straight about 2 miles and bear left at the fork in the road (Grey Cloud Trail).  Follow Grey Cloud Trail 1/2 mile to Geneva Ave.  Take a right on Geneva Ave (right only).  Judy's Pet Care Center is the first driveway on the right.

Alternate directions: 

Take Hwy 61 South To Jamaica Ave (4th exit on 61 South).  Take a right into the roundabout and a right onto Jamaica Ave So.  Jamaica Ave ends at 100th.  Take a right on 100th.  At the stop sign (Hadley Ave) take a left, the road will curve and go down a hill.  At the second stop sign (Grey Cloud Trail) take a right.  Follow Grey Cloud Trail 1 mile, take a left on Geneva (first road that you can take a left on).  Judy's Pet Care Center is the first driveway on the right.
